Booking Details:

Easy Street plays many types of engagements Including: weddings, corporate events, private parties, town concerts and festivals, and local venues. The band’s playlist encompasses a wide variety of musical styles and the band can often tailor its music to the needs of the client. For private events, given enough lead time, the band may be able to add specific songs to its set list.

Typical band fees include:

• Up to 4 hours of engagement time including performance sets and breaks
• Access to the location 2 hours before the event for setup and 1 hour after for strike
• Area travel
• Band sound and lighting equipment
• Discounts are available for multiple bookings

Extra fees may apply for:

• Out of the area travel time
• Added travel expenses for costs such as parking, tolls and ferry fees
• Additional equipment rental requirements
• Meals and lodging necessitated by significant travel distances

Contract Riders:

• The venue is to provide electrical circuits needed to support the sound and lighting for a five-piece band. This typically includes two 15-amp circuits on stage.
• Private events and indoor venues normally require 1 week notice for cancelltions.
• Area outdoor venue weather cancellations require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice from the start of the engagement.
